DONORS AND SUPPORTERS

The Federal Community Access Program (CAP) has provided funding for:

·         three computers

·         one printer

·         related software

·         furniture to equip a CAP site in the Penticton Seniors' Drop-In Centre Society's Johansen Robinson Building.

The equipment has been installed in the Computer/Meeting Room and is available to Drop-In Centre members and members of the public for e-mail and web surfing whenever the building is open, providing the room has not been booked for other uses. Rules and regulations of use and a Manual are available in the room and a Calendar schedule is posted on the Entrance Door

We would like to acknowledge the ongoing contribution of the staff of the Okanagan Skaha School District #67 who maintain the hardware and software as well as providing the connection, through their server, to the Internet.

The Drop-In Centre provides the room, lighting, heating, cleaning and supervision of the Computer/Meeting Room as well as Volunteer Instructors, when available, to teach computer classes.

Penticton Seniors’ Drop-In Centre acknowledges Partial Funding from COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF THE SOUTH OKANAGAN for our Sound System for stage presentations in the Great Hall, a freezer and hot table in 2007 and a steamer in 2010
